Working principle
The main motor of LM vertical mill drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, while hot air enters the vertical mill body from the air inlet. The material falls from the discharge port to the center of the grinding disc and moves uniformly from the center to the edge under the action of centrifugal force. When passing through the roller grinding area of the grinding disc, the large pieces of material are directly crushed by the grinding roller, and the fine particles are squeezed to form a material bed for inter particle crushing. The crushed material continues to move towards the edge of the grinding disc until it is carried away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, while larger particles of material fall back onto the grinding disc and continue to be crushed. The material in the airflow passes throughWhen the upper separator is used, under the action of the rotor blades, the coarse particles return to the grinding disc for grinding, and the qualified fine powder is ground together with the airflow. It is collected and discharged by the system's powder collector as the finished powder. When impurities such as iron blocks mixed with the material move to the edge of the grinding disc, they fall into the lower chamber of the mill due to their heavy weight and are scraped into the slag discharge outlet and discharged outside the machine by the scraper plate installed at the bottom of the grinding disc (commonly known as slag discharge).
